The information below concerns the privacy policy of Indoles Precision regarding online and offline platforms.
Personal data is processed after receiving forms, e-mails, requests for quotations, orders and telephone contacts. With the aim to optimize the service of Indoles Precision. The rules for protection of personal data are captured in the “General Personal Data Regulation”. The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) manages compliance with this law.
In addition to all relevant company data, personal data is only stored in the ERP system. It concerns, among other things, the initials and/or first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, area of interest(s) within our company and function. Insoles Precision can receive an IP address or a cookie when visiting the website.
Indole Precision processes personal data from all persons with whom we have contact or persons who have visited the website. This mainly concerns customers or potential customers of Indoles Precision. In addition, Indoles Precision also processes personal data of suppliers, business partners and applicants.

- Correct handeling of orders and payments

- Marketing (only with permission or through an agreement)
- Telephone contact for execution of services

Indoles Precision does not store personal data longer than necessary. This is also recorded in the register of processing activities.
Personal relations of Indoles Precision have the right to view, correct or delete their own personal data. A request for inspection, correction or deletion can be sent to info@indoles-precision.nl. A copy of the proof of identity must be enclosed with the request for verification purposes. To protect privacy, the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) must be made unreadable (black) on the copy.
In the event of fraud or abuse, Indoles Precision can pass on your personal data to the police and judicial authorities or to Indoles Precision employees who are responsible for the safety and enforcement of business rules.
